I'm more interested in a stage II U-Flow head as the rules that I'm basing the build of my car dictates the use of a factory cast iron head.But will be watching with anticipation of the developement of all 3 of the performance head platforms.

Years ago Clifford had supercharger kits for thr various sizes.The company that made the intakes was Hunter Performance IIRC and they were based here in Az.They used the B&M or Weiand 144 or 171 blowers.

I know they were also popular with the roundy round racers. I have 2 of them now, one was suppose to be off of a Land speed car and is kinda butchered but still useable. The other one seems to be in pretty good shape and might try it on the rail someday.

During my early years of racing and learning, I would zing my stock 300 to 4,000 to 4,500 coming out of the water box. Later learned to keep it at 2,000 and roll out. But while running 3.55's and 255/60's I would go thru the traps at 4k or higher. Ran like that for many a year.

chad, the 250 2V is the 250 from Aus. with the separate intake manifold. There are several here in the states, this is also the same pattern as the Classic Inlines Aluminum heads.
