Baby seat in a 2009 Toyata Tacoma extra cab- Dad advice

I need some dad advice. I inherited a 2009 Toyota Tacoma extra/access cab (its not a full 4 door truck, it has half doors and half back seats). It's a great little truck- 4cyl 5 speed. Around the same time I got this truck I found out my wife is pregnant, she's due October 19th. We did some research...

I just picked up a 62 Rambler American. Runs awesome and Looks to be pretty much original. Flathead straight six and 3 on the tree. I know this a bit late to respond. I tried to do a similar thing with a 96. it won't work with out modifying the bracket. Probably more work than its worth. If your doing the back tank too then I wouldn't worry about going to a bigger front tank.

I got the Y pipe and cat on today. The one I went with is from Eastern Manufacturing. I had to do some modifying, but it fit great. Re: Walker 45166 y pipe any stores still sell them?

Looks like the walker Y pipe can't be found. The 96 4.9 has the dual cat setup. You can get the y pipe with cats as one unit for $350-500. Pre 96 4.9s have the single cat setup. Those aftermarket are readily available for less than $200. I just ordered a one unit y pipe and cat setup from Rock auto....

Hey, Good luck! I started up my own trucking/recycling company about a year ago. Looks like you're focusing on small sixes. You might want to look into Y pipes for the 300/4.9. Most companies have stopped making just the Y pipe (like the walker 45166). I'm looking for one now and cannot find just th...

This part is killing me. I contacted Summit, Jegs and carid none of them have a y pipe or plan to re-stock them. I'm waiting from a site called AutoPartsKart about the Bosal two piece setup. This seams to be the cheapest. There's a few people selling them new on Amamzon too.

According to a Ford parts guy this part is "obsolete". Checked with an exhaust shop. They can't get one, but they can make and install one for close to $400. Looks like Jegs has a Dynomax one in stock, less than $70. Same part # as walker. I emailed them to see if its a direct fit for my 9...
