I left the battery disconnected for 2 days, I finally reconnected it today, then took my truck for a ride, it felt good, but still not as quick as I expected it to be. I ran the scan again and sure enough code 213 came up again.

Hey Bubba thanks, it was my fault I made a mistake Ive had the motor apart too long and I thought it was just the timing pointer on the timing cover then we were putting Parts back on and I found the steel timing pointer that's supposed to be on there and it lines up.
