End of year update: we put a new tune on the car and it purrs, starts right up, and the fuel map is nice and smooth now. Been working on finishing the rest of the car - have to polish and wax and put a few finishing touches on the interior. I'm still searching for original window trim to finish out...

If you want more grunt I would consider forced induction. I have turboed my 200 and it is a blast. Granted I milled off the intske and made my own but that's not to hard.

As someone who said i was staying with 5psi i will not be. 5psi is amazingly fun and would be more than happy with leaving it there but if the engine can handle 10 um going to send it haha. ive had it at 10psi before but my accelorator shaft on my carb is leaking fuel bc the boost is forcing it out....

I suspect your guessing of numbers is wrong unless you are running really low boost. Generally I go by, 15hp per lb. of boost + 20 to get to zero intake manifold pressure. 90hp stock, plus 20hp (just getting intake pressure to 0 psi) plus 15hp x boost psi.. usually comes out close. If you use straight 50 weight racing oil, you will be ok. But if you want to use regular oil, I would shim oil pump relief and try to get it up to 60-65psi.
