Curse you auto correct! It's a 67. I foolishly read another "the fuel tank isn't safe" article, and was looking around for ideas. I think I'll just get a new stock replacement. Thanks.

Fuel tanks
The tank in my very used 1976 doesn't leak, but is there something better, for less than a $1800 Fuelsafe tank? Maybe put a aftermarket aluminum tank on plate replacing the factory tank?
