XG engine mounts, Aussiespeed manifold should get you started.
Dissy Im not sure, but there are countless speedway cars with E series engines running carbs so its easily done.
As far as bolting a 3 speed to the block, no idea. Best idea would be to measure.

My bet is the 3 speed wont last long..

Dont forget sealer on the bolt that goes into the water pump area.

Make sure the threads in the block are nice and clean & use some light oil on the threads.

Yep, you will lose CR with a 2V on an early 200. Memory a bit rusty, but the 2V combustion chamber is about 10cc (stock) more than the head (that should be) on your 200. Best bet is to do some measuring, then calculate what chamber size you need to acheive desired CR. Last 170 I built, I used a 250 ...

Part of the requirements here to register a v8 in an early falcon is a collapsable column. Most people adapt an xw (69) column to the early box. Basically means cutting original shaft off,and fitting a flexable coupling to mate with the collapsable column.

Head gasket is the same as the log head. Good quality gasket such as Felpro mentioned. Grab a can of Hylomar if you can and give the gasket a good coat both sides. You will have issues with a standard exhaust gasket, the ports on the 2V are smaller, so it partially sits in the exhaust flow and burns...

when you say you have voltage at the coil, what is it? or are you just using a test light.
You need 13.8 volts in the run position
Generally there is a pink resistor wire that drops the run voltage to 8 or so volts.
You need to bypass it.
