something under the rug is the best approach (unless 4 heat).
I'd go 2 inch pipes (if true duals)turbo construction mufff.

as usual "Pic's wortha...". Can't quite tell where ur at. If U have what we call the donut (a round sided continuous circle like a pony tail rubber band) that's correct for the end of the down pipe offa the exh manifold. It just lays in there as I remember & is pressed (held ) in place...

U could use the "...serrated flange nut ..."with those support tabs that spread out the force (keep the vc from bending).
They would dig into the tab rather than the vc paint?

some of those 'caps' have a nipple/tube that the hose friction fits for the rubber line that goes to A/c housing (frm frnt of V/C). Back (I think I saw ur pic) U have is OK,,,just the hose to somewhere below throttle blade (on carb or log). I don't think I saw the PCV valve in it, tho. That would B ...

Hi Chad, I thought all Ford six Broncos were 3 speeds, with a 170. I don't think Ford put in a 200. The C4 only came on the V8. I'm thinking you got a 250 and C4 later on. Any sign of the 3 speed stuff left in there? Good luck Sorry, "No" and "No". Bronk hada 200 in '73'n4 only....

lathe dwn the bottom of it (the dizzy) either to use in a pre '66 block.
Upgrade to the HEI 4 pin or DSII box...
