MPG I believe your linkage connecting the accelerator arm to the crab linkage is to long. I will be having the same problem when I get that far as well. I just ran into a bump in the road. I have a Clay Smith 264/264 110 LC cam.
The best I can get when I degree it is 101.
I come up with 56º and 147º = 213º/2=101.5
