Yes lots of good numbers and info here and I bookmarked this. Would be a good contribution to a sticky considering the ongoing activity with trans swaps. The hoses ended up being a little work from what I recall and I can't remember what I ended up with. But at least one of them I am not quite happy with as I recall. I don't believe you can just order hoses that will fit well.
I would go look at it but it is about 1500 miles away.

You seem to be inclined to acquire all the parts and put the money in to get a very capable driver and get it all done right the first time. You have already rebuilt your c4 which is an economical auto trans for sure but for truly fabulous highway flying at relaxing low revs consider an AOD. The ove...

I remember hearing about a stock 4 speed column shift in some Econolines that is a cool option to have. If you don't abuse the Dagenham will it be ok I wonder. And if you could get the linkage to work with the 3sp + od that would really be good.

I would not mill the log! This log carb opening area is larger area of both throttle bores of a BBD. The BBD venturi is smaller than the bore size. Make it simple. If it is a US head it is a log head but it can be an improvement especially a later casting like 79 or later and carb like an 1101. What is the casting code on your current 200 head?
