sorry no simple answer here, What happens when accel is snapped in neutral manually under hood (no load) ? Do you have a Vacuum gauge an it?. Idle and cruise vac normal ? , chasing a vac or porosity leak?, could accel be too RICH ? , - head flows so much better? , when all else fails, i'd first swap...
