that's nice work on the pickup cab; not an easy job, not inexpensive, and generally not a lot of fun.
but the way u adhered to every contour is necessary for the sheet to function properly.
back wall super important too.

leave everything as ford designed /engineered it at the engine and exhaust down to the converter. then, source an OBS ford diesel exhaust system to attach from the cat-back. absolutely the best value and bet performance that u will get from that engine. diesel parts gives u big muffler, 3 inch pipe,...

Pressure side to turbo, a oriface reducer, scavange tank of a pint size, then forward to the decommissioned fuel pump on the block with the output pipe plumbed back into pump body to go to crank case.
