That seems doubtful.
In 1978 or 79 ford changed the mustang over to the Fox platform that has lower control arms, but uses McPherson struts to replace the upper control arm and ballpoint.

Starting in 1967 ford used the same tie rods for both i6 and bent8 cars.

Physically the spindles are interchangeable as far as balljoints and geometry. They will be different where the actual 'spindle' part sticks out that the bearings go on, the bent8 units are much more heavy duty than the i6 units. The tie rod diameter and taper will most likely be different. This top...

Re: Bodywork Tools, what do I need?

Here is another angle on that big front fender dent. http://i689.photobucket.com/albums/vv256/phl3gm/automotive/1963%20Falcon%20Convertible/th_IMG_1662_zps70v1hdgd.jpg I agree that it looks like they backed up and swung it into something... I did that once in a '66 Malibu, the steel concrete filled ...

Re: Holley 650cfm spreadbore for a 300?

"You can not directly compare the CFM rating between 2BBL’s and 4BBL’s as the test pressure that is used to measure the CFM is different between the two. The 4BBL is measured at a test pressure of 1.5 inches of Mercury (Hg) of pressure drop, while the 2BBL is rated at 3 inches HG. To convert t...
