    All Small Six Cylinder walls question

    How much of a "lip" is acceptable around the tops of a cylinder wall ? My pistons seem to come up leaving at least .025" at tdc. There was some spent carbon around the top of each wall that came off easy with a little WD40. I probably feel around a .006 lip if I were to guess. Is this acceptable ?
