flooding heat soak

I’m having an issue with hot soak flooding in my 200 I’ve adjusted the float from 1-3/32 to 1-1/4 and cleaned it well it is a new needle and seat. I put in a 3/4 inch phenolic spacer and the carb stays nice and cool. I put in a gauge and it doesn’t get over 4 psi ( though I did only have it on...
