All Small Six 144 cubic inch alternator conversion for 1963 ford falcon

This relates to all small sixes
Hello everybody, I'm conducting research to restore my mom's 1963 Ford Falcon Futura, and we're struggling to find a full conversion kit from a generator to an alternator. Every option I search is the alternator alone rather than a full kit with the brackets and everything else we need. We could use a pointer in the right direction, if anyone else has replaced a 144 cui inline 6's generator with an alternator, where would you guys recommend buying an alternator conversion kit (we would prefer to do it ourselves instead of resorting to a mechanic). Thank you very much.

IIRC, I also used the falconparts bracket, with a '67 Alternator and Regulator, with a harness I snagged from a junkyard, because I wanted the wiring to appear stock (gen and alt regulators wire up differently).

Do a forum search on my username and the word 'generator' and you'll get a bunch of my posts on the topic plus links to other helpful sites. (Gadzooks, has it been since 2008-2011 since I did that?) I haven't touched the charging system since then, except to replace the battery.

I'd think the amp meter would work the same as with an alternator, just likely to peg the needle as an alternator is going to put out a lot more than the generator.
