This is a pair of hinge plates purchased in 2007 from Sacramento Vintage Ford Parts. It allows you to convert your stock front body panels into a one piece tilt forward front clip. These are no longer being sold.
These bolt to the inner fender panels and air deflectors. It's just the two hinge plates and three photocopied pages of instructions. The hinge plates are 1/4" thick steel. They are new/unused but have some light flash rust on them from sitting on a shelf for 17 years. The first picture is just to show the kind of tilt front end I'm referring to ( not sure who's truck that is ) .
