Not my block, just something I noticed that bugs me. So many eBay sellers buy someone else's old junk and just jack up the price and put it online without ever verifying what it is, much less whether it's worth the new price. There is no value added at all to justify the markup. It seems to me that at the very least a seller should be able to correctly identify what they have for sale, even if it's a worthless piece of junk. I'm looking for a spare dual-pattern 200 block, so I clicked on this ad out of curiosity. When I looked up the block number and saw it was a 250, I looked closer at the pics and noticed the low-mount starter position and four water pump bolts. The seller does a lot of business selling old Ford parts and really should know better. I contacted the place and let them know they had mis-identified the block. It's almost a week later now and the ad is unchanged. Very disappointing...
