3x1 cobra like air cleaner base.

I'm waiting on the machine work to be done on my motor and dreaming of what it will look like in the engine bay. I was looking at pics on here and decided i like the cobra oblong air filter housing. where would i be able to get a base and top machined like that. i don't think i have any machine shops around here that take jobs from individuals, just large contracts for multiple pieces.
