a friend ofd mine is getting the 6 in her 63 ranchero overhauled. Could someone advise on how much the head can be milled to bump the CR a half a point, and (since the cam is shot) a cam grind that will work with the 1bbl- no other mods are being contemplated.....mutt

You are left with a very mild dual pattern option; just a shade more lift overall.

Part number 63613 Mike could get this, you could order it, or Clay Smith probably have an equivalent. It works with stock springs.

I still suggest a new timing set and degreeing the cam.
