For sale 1968 Ford Mustang with tri power 200
Couple of years ago I bought this for my wife so she could have a car to go to cruise nights with me and my Falcon. Unfortunately did not get bitten by the cruise bug so we are deciding to sell the Mustang. It was great for a short while when we had two six cylinder tri powered cars together at cruise night. A lot of great comments.
The engine is a 200 / .030 with port divider, headers, dual exhaust. I replaced crank damper and new dual roller timing chain. I do not know the specs of the cam. It was already in when I bought the car. I do have some readings that I took off the cam when installing the gear set.
The head is in good shape 49cc with heavier springs and dampers. Three angle grind, harden seats and Virton valve seals.
Uses three single barrel Webbers with the progressive linkage.
Drive train is an automatic (C4) with 2.83 gears in the rear.
The steering has been upgraded to power steering. There is no major rot issues. The floors have been worked on and the cowl area does not leak like most do.
The car is in overall is in good shape. The interior is in very clean bucket seats and center console.
The paint is not original and was repainted. New tires and custom wheels, (4 lug). Great car to take to cruise nights.
