i could use a measurement of bolt and bore spacing on a six, that is if anyone has one that is torn apart

not to be a smart ass but have you thought about trying a parts store for a head gasket?
when people were starting the volvo head swap on the 2.3L they just hit the local store with a 2.3 gasket and started laying them on top of eachother until they found a head that worked. btw the one side of head bolts are exposed on the head which could be measured.
I think we have a measuring lab on campus I might have to track down and see if I can toss a head on a table and layout all the hole locations on it. (along with port openings, rocker pads, etc)
