I havent been around for a while as about 8 months ago i pulled out my 250 2V engine to fix rear main seal and put in hotter cam. The long and short of it is that it still leaks a bit and has been off the road for a while.
Dissided Ill have another go at fixing it properly with a neoprene seal i have for it. And also now that i use the car only for recreation I am ordering a bigger cam its a Wade again a 225.5/232.5 at 50 .471 lift in & ex and 114 LSA. Apparently.490 is about the limit with standard rocker gear in these.

114LSA sounds like fun.
Ill check on that lift as im running standard rocca gear, just the crow double springs to match my cam.

Tassies good Ive just been on holidays. I have new cam which has a smaller base cirlce than old cam but more lift?.
I also moded my intake to fit a four barrel carb and am selling my old rec 500 holley.
