So i see that this has been lightly discussed but I was curious exactly how worth it is the overdrive kit. I may have to move car further north for school so its going to have to go on the interstate sometime. Not to mention being able to take i-10 so I can get to the other side of tucson in less than an hour would also be nice.
Other than the dui and the weber my engine is fully stock and I belive it has a 3.20, 7 1/4 inch rearend.
Im mostly concerned about the engine having to work too hard to keep up highway speeds. Ive tested it on a straight away(when it was still running absurdly rich) and it was able to get to highway speeds fairly easily. Not modern car fast but more like an old corolla with its ac on fast(speaking from experience lol).
