What is the best cam for my 200? I have been looking at comp cams, and they have 2 different ones. Crane cams also has several. Trying to figure out if I should buy this after christmas or ask for this for christmas.

Would this cam be good for a 200 bored .040 and a Holley/Weber 2v carb or am I better off getting 1 of the ones at the top of the page?

depends on what you want from your engine and what other mods have been done ect. there are a lot of variables when selecting a cam. call mike at classic inlines he'll get you on the right track. imho if you have an auto trans that cam may be a little big unless you run a higher stall converter.

If you have an auto trans, i would go with classicinlines 264-274-112.
If you have a standard trans, i would go with the same cam but use a 110 lobe center.

The comp cams listed are weak. Comp cams does offer super custom grinds, but you are at the mercy of their phone monkeys.
Crane cams are way too mild on their listed choices.

Make sure you get the proper valve springs designed for the camshaft you chose.

Really need all your specs to give a camshaft recommendation for your needs. Bill
