Changes with 250 head on 200

After the 200 to 250 head swap, what changes are seen with that being the only mod? Does the sound change? What kind of power changes are noticed?

When modifying the log on the 250 head, has anyone had clearance problems with the valve cover (for example mod'ing the head for a single 2bbl)?

I'm not sure why you would expect a power increase with the different origin head.

As to interference with the valve cover after a carb swap - it will occur in some situations, requiring creative installs or positioning.
