Chip in piston and dip in wall

I took the head off my 200 today and found a nice surprise. piston 5 had a chip out of the top and 2 dips in the wall. Now what would you guys suggest i do? I'm thinking the only thing i can do is have all the cylinders bored over and put new pistons in.

How worn are the other bores? I'd suggest sleeving if the others have 50K or more left in their life. Match-balance the new piston to the one just removed, and check its fit in the sleeved bore.

Yes, it's a bit of mucking about but why waste other good parts of your motor?
