Difference in the 300 duraspark vs 200/250?

The 300 has a taper on the body just before the gear which has the gear side close to the body and the shank pointing away so the gear is tight to the tapered part of the body.
The 200 does not have that taper and the gear is turned so the shank is to the body making a space between the gear and body.
There may also be some differences in diameters or heights. Once you get to the top they are pretty much the same and use the same coil, cap adapter, cap and rotor.
