exhaust gasket, round (custom?)

So I bought a CI head that someone had started porting two of the cylinders, and I need gaskets to complete the porting (it's useless with partial porting). However, one of the things they started was rounding out the rop of the exhaust runners where the header mounts and I can't find a round gasket. Is there a round one, or is the expectation that a 'stock' gasket would be cut to match the ports? Or maybe someone was expecting to cut their own out of copper or something.

I could use a little guidance if anyone has an opinion.

IMO I woudn't cut the gasket, i would try to port/smooth the runner in the head, but woudn't touch the gasket... the gasket over time will burn out the size it uses, so it will be formed by the flow of the hot gases, and it's easier than cutting too much off. so I don't get leaks I use a TON of the ultra copper rtv, i put it on both sides and since I have used it I never have had a leak (actually had one but the gasket split in 2 so it wasn't the RTV's fault).
