you would be very lucky to find that - the exhaust flange is different on the cross flow to the log head (precrossflow).
i do know you can buy just the flanges for the crossflows headers/extractors here in oz (dont ask me where though.. as i saw it on a website -once)
but if you were going to make your own, the flange would be the easiset bit to make
EDIT : i 'think' the exhaust manifold bolting arrangement is differnt between the alloy and cast iron headed crossflows. some companies make dual bolted extractors(!) to fit either

traditionally in australia (as we followed british english)the word 'extractors' meant a tubular exhaust manifold - but with increasing americanisation of the australian languge they are also now refered to as 'headers' in common language usage
