Does anyone know if there is a fan shroud available for a '66 200? I haven't found one in either Dearborn, Scott Drake, or Northwest Falcon.
I've seen people on other old cars use what I think is a portion of a large ice tub for beer thats cut down and bracketed to fit the radiator.

Any suggestions?

I just got a new Mustangs Unlim...cat and they show alot of new stuff especially the T5 swap stuff...but also a fan shroud for the V8 that they state with some trimming will fit the 6...??? prolly call and check it out.

I recently got one off the Ebay. It's a 5" chrome shroud. When I thought about it, 5" was about right. Well, guess what. I maybe lookin at it wrong, but the shroud goes out over the front of the vlv. cover. AND! the bolt pattern does'nt look right either. Does anybody have any insight on this. Get with me, I'll be working on my car this weekend...ZZ

Thanks for the input! I work around the block from Scott Drake Mustangs so I'll go pick une up. A stock v8 Shroud that is.

Don't forget the mounting brackets :) I you have a two row radiator you need the two row brackets, for a three row you need the three row brackets, etc...

Be prepared to do some trimming. The radiators may be the same size, but the location of the lower hose connection isn't. But, there is no other alternative if you want a fann shroud.

Slade: The only trimming you have to do is if you get the aftermarket plastic shroud because it is deeper. But, if you get a stock V8 shroud it will fit fine with no modifications. At lease on my car and a buddies.

Rausch Enterprizes says" Use the long, thin rods that go through the radiator to hold the shroud". What...Put these rods throught the radiator? Man I looked at that and said NNNNOOOO WWWAAAYYY! Has anybody done this?...ZZ

Yeah, I can dig the COOL thing, but how do you install the damn shroud!..ZZ
