Ford 7.25" rear axle with 3.50:1 gears removed from a '64 Falcon. Fits 60-65 Falcon and 64-66 Mustang. 4 lug axles and I believe 9" brakes.
Good condition, was a fair weather daily driver before pulling apart for 5 lug swap. Surprisingly good acceleration with 170 six and 3 speed.
Less common 3.50:1 ratio is a good upgrade for a around town six cylinder car, though it was happy enough on the highway at 60-65 MPH. Good for T5 swap behind a six cylinder.
I'd do brakes, bearings, seals, clean and paint if I was going to use it but everything worked fine as is, no noise or leaks and stopped fine.
