High temp paint out of a spray bomb will burn right off. Go to your local hardware store and get some stove black thats used for wood stoves and BBQ grills.

Later,

Doug
Even the stuff rated up to 1200 degrees?

I just tried that one, and yep, he's right. Lasted about two weeks or so.

Didn't try curing it though, so maybe if you're methodical and have the right setup it can work ok - although if it's that much of a hassle I think I'd rather just endure a few long days at the office (or less fun at home) and save up the cash for a ceramic coating.

THANKS!!!
That was what I was looking for. I was trying to figure out how to run the pipes and where to cross over the driveshaft.

I think I will take it into work tomorrow and putting it in one of our heat tunnels that reaches temps over 300 degrees.
If that doesn't work and it burns off no big deal as the cans are only $6 each.
