the Turbo '67 Falcon is coming togther. Turbo hot side pipe went on today, still have to fabricate the exhaust block off/ outlet, but I got a gasket made for it, that I'll use as a pattern. maby sometime in sept, it will be done. oh, I have no hood clearence for the carb, so I bought a reverse teardrop scoop, gotta make room so I'll do it in style. might have to offset it a little, that'll raise question at the car shows as to why.
got internet back ( only dialup ) but I'm back, with updates

nice setup. What color is on the valve color? keep up the good work.

the valve cover is painted special, kind of, it's Dupli color spray paint, but it's done in multiple coats. I first painted it with high heat aluminum color, then got the metalcast red and sprayed 2 light coats, the pictures do not do the color justice, it has a very deep appearence and when the light shines on it, it changes from the deep red to a more copper color.
I got the Turbo hot side pipe on today, have to create the block off/ exhaust out flange tomorrow, and adjust the wastegate screamer pipe to fit, I eyeballed it when I cut and welded it up and well, it dosn't fit quite right, but I'll cut the pipe at an angle and weld it back up, it will fit after that.
