You are right, the long tube version of this header is not on the classicinlines site. I thought I was going crazy but this morning I just happened to pick up Mike's 2006 spring catalog and THAT is where I saw it. I'm going to try to scan it and post the pic tonight.

Here is a pic of the catalog page that shows both the long and short tube version of the pacemaker header. I'm not sure if Mike still carries the long tube header.
