HELP - decompression plate

i`m hoping somebody can help me here. i am chasing a decomp plate for a 250 pre-xflow. if anybody has one there not using please let me know or where i can purchase one from.

Like for between the head and block??

I would NEVER run one - they destroy your quench/squish area. You would be much better off leaving it high compression and spraying water or alcohol under load.
