As indicated in my previous post, I am starting a topic here that will end one day but we do not know when for the reconstruction of my 223.
I am already considering taking the cylinder head to a rectifier and replacing the valves, replacing the segments and the connecting rod bearings and main bearings, to be seen during disassembly depending on the condition of the components.
If you have suppliers to recommend to me for the purchase of parts, points to check imperatively, complete operating procedures, tips, things not to do, .... I will take everything you can teach me! I have the technical docs but my English is average especially for technical expressions and the translators are not always efficient, so I hope I have not missed anything.
I have already completely rebuilt a 4-cylinder in-line but it was on a French car with parts suppliers in France and I had a better understanding of the technical docs.
I should be able to start this weekend to disassemble some elements and I will put my progress to you as I go along to get your opinions.
Thanks again to all
