I think my carb is broke

On my,whai think is a Holley 5200.I only have 1 barrel that has the flap that is suppose to open and close. The bar is there to hold the flap on the second barrell but no flap. Also, when I move the accelorator arm,the existing flap does not move.Seems like it is missing the linkage from there to the accelator arm.
Can these parts be purchased?

Thanks

EDIT: I see in another post you got a picture posted and a positive Id. I will leave this anyway because it may help someone else....

Do you have a picture? Im not sure what you are describing.

Lets say we start out looking at the carbs from the bottom, A 1 bbl will have one flap on one shaft that is eventually hooked to the gas pedal. A 2bbl will have 2 flaps on the same shaft. A 4 bbl will have 2 shafts with 2 flaps each, how the 2 shafts are hooked together varies between models sometimes its a direct link and other times its a bit more complex.

Now if we turn them over, the 1 bbl and many 2bbls will have a flap at the top that is the choke (unless it is for a multi carb setup then only the middle carb has the choke). Some 2bbls have 2 choke flaps but most seem to have a single one. The back 1/2 of many holley 4 bbls tends to look like the front 1/2 but does not have the choke parts. Other 4bbl carbs (like a Quadrajet) have what looks like it could be a choke over the secondary section and that is what is used to control if and when its used. The secondary and choke linkages tend to vary quite a bit depending on model and application.

Hi
This is the picture of the carb looking down at it.It has only the one flap which I closed. The open barrel has no flap. Also,on the far left beside the barrel with the flap is a small arm where the accelarator shouls be attached but there is nothing.
Thanks for your response

That's the choke flap, and while I've only seen carbs with them on both throats, I wouldn't think you'd need one on that other side since it's the progressive seconary bore (and you shouldn't (a) be flooring it cold, or (b) need much choking at wot)

As far as the linkage, it should connect to the electric or water or mechanical choke, not directly to the throttle.

Hi
You are right.I took it apart and see that it attaches to the choke but the shaft had come loose.I fit it back in to the flap but the hole where it fits into the choke is awfully big.Are my missing a small piece for the shaft to fit into?

Thanks for your reply.
