ican my 2bolt main stand up to it

ive got a 250 and its only got a 2 bolt main. if i wish to turbo charge it is this strong enough or should i/ can i upgrade to a 4 bolt main? any ideas of how much to do convert?

don't worry 'bout it man
think about it, V8s have 5 main bearings, 2-bolt or not
I6's (most of 'em) have 7 main bearings

the bottom end is bullet-proof, i highly doubt you'll blow it up
besides, far as i know, there is no such thing as a 4-bolt main for an I6

ya gotta make sure you build it correctly, then there should be nothin to worry about

8) you wont need to worry about converting 4 bolt mains untill you get to the 500+hp level. at that point the block starts to become suspect.
