Does the power steering bracket attach to the timing cover like it does on the 200? If not does it just connect to those 3 spots on driver side of the block?
The bracket mounts on the driver's side right in front of the distributor. There are 3 bolts that hold it on so the 3 you've identified are probably the right ones.
