Larger ID Radiator Hoses?

I've found a 3 core radiator for my 67. However, when I went to install it, the IDs of the stock radiator hoses are too small to fit over the radiator inlet and outlet. Are there replacement upper and lower radiator hoses that have the original inner diameters on the engine side but larger ID's on the radiator side? Got any part numbers for them? The radiator has the inlet and outlet on the correct locations to match up to the 6 so I know its not a V8 radiator.

Can't help you on the lower, but the top hose can be replaced with one off a 250, using the matching thermo housing.
