Matching numbers?

I was hoping someone could give me some insight on how to decipher a matching numbers car. I have a 69 mustang coupe with the 250 in it. I believe the heads and the exhaust manifold match because the first 4 numbers D7BE are the same on both of them. The engine block is C9D3 and the second line is 6015-B. Can someone tell me what this means and if this block matches the car. Thanks for your help.
