Need a quick refresher please

Havent change u joints on a car in about 20 years.. Need to change mine on a 66 coupe inline 200 with auto c4...Can I get a quick refresher course on doing this..I do remember it wasnt a major undertaking :

as far as i know, it just means unbolting the old ones, then putting the new ones on
lock-nuts might be used somewhere in there... dunno 'bout torque specs

Unbolting gets them half way off, but a vice & a couple of sockets will be needed to press the old ones out, and IIRC put them back in again.

my vice was outta commission when i did mine so i just used a real massive 'C' clamp and only 1 socket for it to be pushed into....its pretty simple...says in the manual how to do it if u got a manual.
