Anyone know what Duraspark will work on a 200? I have a petronix that I haven't installed yet, will the Duraspark be better?

Okay, maybe not duraspark specificaly, just some kind of electronic ignition. I'm not building a go-fast, I'm more interested in reliability.

If you have the Pertronix, maybe run that first and see how you like it.

You need the distributor, cap adaptor, rotor, cap, leads, module. Most will be supplied with the wrong advance curve. :roll: That means it's advisable to buy a re-curve kit.

Some people use the GM ignition module instead of the Duraspark box. They also choose a hotter Ford coil - the "TFI coil". One website that details this alternative implementation is gofastforless.com.
