Going use the matching pair for outer carbs? I would block them off first and get it running well on the center carb. Glass bowls are very helpful for adjusting the fuel level. Block off the vacuum port. Do not remove the choke as it is part of the diffuser and helps vaporize the fuel; fix it so it says open.
