poor idle and no power at low end

I have lost power at low rpm gradually over the last month or so and now I cannot smooth out the idle. I have a 62 Falcon with 144 (already slow I know). The intake vacuum has fallen from 18 psi to 14 psi (steady) and I can find no intake leaks. Compression test was 110 for all cylinders except 3 and 4 which topped out at 95 PSI.

Head gasket blown between 3 and 4? This happened with my daughter's comet 170 during engine break-in a couple of months ago.

If so, any advice on quality gaskets?
If not any any advice period?

Engine was rebuilt 40 K miles ago and has been running well.

Sounds like something is wrong with 3&4. Pulling the head would probably be the right direction. As for a head gasket. I've allways had good luck with Fel Pro.
