Hi just wondering if you had any pics of the stup mentioned below or further instructions on setting it up.

Cheers

Simon

"Install it as per the 4-bbl 245 Hemi Valiants, OHC Pontiac HO 230/250's. Don't let anyone say it won't work. I've installed one on a 202 Holden before. Get someone to hack up the stock XE/XF Weber carby or even the central fuel injection EA air cleaner centre to fit the Holden, Chrysler or Ford V8 air cleaner centre so it packages right. Use the original throttle cable, and look for the K&N filter, and open up the cool air induction part to flow more cold air. "

Yup, gotta b-a-d JPEG photo copy for you. It's of John Z Delorean with a wild factory 250 HO Poncho Six with, gasp, a factory 4M Rochester Quadrajet. There were not a lot released. Talk to OHC Chicken by PM if you want to know what the jet sizes are ( http://pub83.ezboard.com/bsohcsix ). Metering rods, hanger enrichement, and the main jets shouldn't be a lot different. The old Ponch ran 10.5:1 compressions, and it was very strong. There were few takers as the 400 HO and 350 HO and even 326 V8's seamed like a better step up option than a hot six.

Like most stuff that's not V8, people forget the Poncho OHC Six banger 230-250 , Chrysler Hemi 245 4-bbl, 2.8 and 3.0 4-bbl Solex BMW's Oel's and Mercedes Benz, 4-bbl 10A,12A,13B Mazdas. Or the 4-bbl carbs that the after market put on 2litre and 2.3 OHC fords, V6 Capri's from 2.8 to 3.0 litres, little 253 V8's with 4-bbl Q'Jets, Turbo 3.8's with Q Jets.

The only issue with the Q Jet is how its calibrated. Fuel surge on corners shouldn't be an issue.

I've gotta zip down and grab my folder, and e mail it to you later today.

It's school holidays here, and I'm taking all my annual leave from now until the 28th.
