Questions about which C4 bellhousing fits my block...etc

I'm itching to slap a C4 in behind my new motor. I've got a guy that will give me a C4 bellhousing for shipping costs from CA from a '65 200. Will that bolt to my '68 block OK? What C4's will that bolt up to? Early, late, etc? Year ranges would be great if applicable. In addition to the BH and tranny itself, I should also be looking for a flexplate and torque converter for the swap right?
