Rebuilding 200

I have a 64.5 mustang convertible with a 170 engine in it.I want to rebuild a 200 out of a 70 Maverick and the matching C4 transmission.
Will this be a direct bolt in engine and tranny?
Can I bolt the new engine to my existing C4?
