That Carb actually looks pretty good and should clean up nicely the only thing you really can't tell by pictures is if it has slop in the throttle shaft.
 
Awesome thanks bubba. Is it fairly common for all carbs to have repair kits for throttle shaft bushings?
 
Yes there should be throttle shaft repair kits or replacement parts, those Rochester's were a very popular carb's at one time I know I rebuilt lots of them back in the day. They do have a cast iron base plate and they didn't often wear as much as some other carb's like the aluminum Autolite / Mortorcraft Carb's however sometimes the throdle shaft being brass would wear some.
