RUG overdrive trans

Im currently using a RUG overdrive trans that I converted from a slip yoke to a fixed yoke since i have a 2 piece drive shaft. Over the winter I’m going to reinstall my 3.03 trans and sell the RUG trans. Did the RUG trans come in a slip yoke and a fixed yoke configuration?

The RUG'S 3 Speed with Over Drive used in the Ford and Mercury Cars (like the Granada's) all had the Slip Yokes, and I don't remember seeing any with a fixed yoke in the F150 Pick Ups. Not sure if they were used in the F250's and up.

My 1977 shop manual indicates that both 1 piece and 2 piece drive shafts were used but I think the RUG trans started showing up in the 1978 trucks. I don’t see the RUG trans listed in my 1977 manual.
